5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • All COD orders must be checked in front of the delivery agent.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, you may return it immediately to the delivery agent for an exchange or refund.
  • If the product is accepted and the delivery agent leaves, any return or exchange will require you to pay additional shipping fees.
